Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day‑to‑day field operations to ensure research projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to project requirements.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance for Field Interviewers and other field staff on project protocols, systems, and best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for field staff, providing direction, resolving issues, reinforcing quality standards, and supporting successful data collection.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, field assignments, travel logistics, and staffing coverage to ensure efficient field operations.
• Monitor project progress using Microsoft Access and reporting tools, tracking milestones, staff performance, hours, and operational needs.
• Review field performance, provide feedback, and escalate concerns related to productivity, quality, or project deliverables.
• Support client communication within assigned territories by providing responsive customer service, updates, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with project protocols, confidentiality requirements, HIPAA regulations, and data security standards.
• Collaborate with Research Managers and cross‑functional teams to identify improvements and support overall project success.

This temporary role is critical to ensuring field operations run efficiently, safely, and on schedule. The Field Coordinator serves as a key liaison between Field Interviewers, internal project teams, and clients while coordinating field staff, managing logistics, and resolving day-to-day operational needs to support high‑quality project delivery. This temporary position runs from September 1, 2026, through January 22, 2027.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in social science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of coordination experience.
• Prior experience with research or survey‑based fieldwork.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience or experience supporting or informally leading project activities.
• Previous experience leading teams.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology.
