Qualifications

• 2–5 years in architectural/construction preferred.
• Bilingual English + Spanish or Korean is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of project management and document tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage job site with GC and subcontractor regarding schedule, safety and quality.
• Support project site by being on site and in the office; follow plans, monitor safety and quality.
• Support flexible shift arrangements during overnight operations.
• Control documents shared with Designer, G/C and Client; ensure information is correct and compliant.
• Review drawings to ensure conformance with contract specifications and time limits.
• Generate documents including RFIs and progress reports to coordinate with G/C.
• Apply OSHA standards on-site and address non-compliance.
• Assist with emergency response per site plan; participate in monthly progress payment reviews.
