Qualifications

• 4+ to 7 years of construction experience in architectural or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management, document tracking, and admin control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site and subcontractors, aligning daily schedules with GC and safety/quality standards.
• Balance field walkthroughs with office-based project operations.
• Review drawings and submittals for accuracy and contractual alignment.
• Inspect site conditions against blueprints to ensure contract compliance and timing.
• Generate and manage project documents (RFIs, plans, progress reports) with GC and client.
• Enforce on-site safety and regulatory compliance, flagging non-compliance.
• Support Emergency Response procedures per the site plan.
• Review monthly progress payment documents and ensure proper backup materials.
