Job summary

Verify, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Field Coordinator for an on-site role in Irving, Texas.

This 3-month contract involves dispatching Field Resources nationwide, coordinating with IPT Teams and stakeholders to meet customer requirements, and using dispatch tools effectively. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (college preferred in Business/Management/Communications), 1–3 years of relevant experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma.
• College preferred—Business, Management, Communications.
• Preferred background – Experience with inspection coordination.
• 1–3 years relevant experience.
• Must have a sense of urgency to deliver results.
• Must be a strong leader and effective trainer.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch Field Resources as required.
• Interface with IPT Teams and stakeholders to ensure timely dispatching of Field Resources per customer expectations.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of dispatching tools and systems.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

Field Coordinator - On-Site

Location: Verify Irving Texas

Duration: 3 Months (with potential for extension)

Frequency:40 hours/week

Pay rate: $18-23/hr

Who We're Looking For:

Verify Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the timely dispatching of Field Resources throughout the United States on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Field Resources as required
• Interface with IPT Teams and other internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely and appropriate dispatching of Field Resources in accordance with customer expectations and requirements.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of dispatching tools and management systems
• Performing other duties or special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
