Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Field Coordinator to support in Illinois, coordinating daily client visits and administrative tasks from the branch. The role requires excellent communication, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in a home-care environment.

Starting pay is $18.75 per hour with benefits including health coverage, retirement plan, PTO, and wellness programs. Regular travel to client sites is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities for client and team interactions.
• Proficient computer skills including basic office software.
• HOST training is preferred or required as noted.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients daily at home as required.
• Answer and redirect incoming calls; greet guests.
• Document home visits and update records.
• Support Branch Manager with administrative duties.
• Assume other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Conduct daily visits to clients' homes, as required (new).




• Answer incoming phone calls and redirect calls, as needed.




• Greet and assist guests, as needed.




• Enter and submit documentation records of home visits.




• Assist the Branch Manager with any other administrative/clerical duties.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

• Strong communication skills, oral and written.




• Excellent interpersonal skills.




• Proficient computer skills.




• HOST Trained (new – not sure if this goes here, or under education/experience)

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.




• One (1) to two (2) years of customer service experience required.




• Access to an insured and reliable vehicle.




• Active and current auto insurance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.




• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.

Travel Requirements:

• Regular travel on a daily or weekly basis required, even in inclement weather
