FIELD COORDINATOR

We’re looking to hire a Field Coordinator at our Austin TX location. Our Field Coordinators ensure that all documentation, correspondence and reporting is completed in an efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Plan, prepare, collect, organize and maintain project documentation
    • Ensure that correspondence is properly distributed among team members
    • Create and maintain daily and material reports
    • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects, in consultation with Project Management
    • Track equipment usage
    • Ensure as-built drawings are provided and filed
    • Prepare job specific manuals, testing requirements, all related project materials, and gather all compliance documents required for closeout
    • Assist operations management with various field duties
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently when necessary
    • Admin and office tasks as needed, such as answering phone calls, filing paperwork, maintaining office supplies, etc
    • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
    • Perform miscellaneous duties assigned
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
    • Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills
    • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
    • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Must hold a valid Driver’s License
    • Physical activity for the role includes:
      • Travel as needed between job site and office
      • Walking for long periods, on variable terrain
      • Sitting and standing for long periods
      • Repeated lifting up to 50 lbs.
      • Repeated motions such as kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching overhead
      • Manual dexterity for computer and small equipment use
    • Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
