Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a skilled Conveyor Technician to join our team in the field. You will repair and service conveyor equipment, maintain strong communication with customers, and uphold safety guidelines. Travel within assigned territories is required, with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 3 years breakdown experience or comparable service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair all types of Conveyor equipment that RW sells and services.
• Proficient in lacing, splicing, cutting, vulcanized, and cold bonding belts.
• Mechanical, Electric, Pneumatic and software integration problem solving.
• Perform alignment & tracking of belts.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Maintain a profitable billing level.
• Complete all service documentation in a timely, accurate fashion.
