Qualifications

• Proven ability to coordinate with project managers, sales reps, equipment suppliers, and technicians.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installations for warehouse automation systems, including conveyors.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure single interaction resolution.
• Coordinate with project managers, sales reps, suppliers and technicians daily.
• Address issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% across the United States and manage frequent site stays.
