Dematic in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking Mechanical Installers to work on diverse customer projects nationwide, traveling 100% to sites. The base pay range is $34,000–$64,000, with final compensation based on location, experience, and skills.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; 2–5 years’ conveyor installation/maintenance experience; technical degree preferred; valid driver’s license; strong safety focus and ability to lift at least 50 lbs in varied climates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical degree or specialized training preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in installing and/or maintaining conveyor equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for safety and the safety of others on site.
• Complete assigned mechanical installation tasks within allotted time and to high quality as directed by site supervision.
• Provide support to site supervisor and foreman.
• Travel 100% to customer sites within the USA.
