Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a full-time Controls Validation Engineer to join our Peoria, IL 2nd Shift team.

This role validates machine platforms through data collection and analysis, ensuring performance aligns with intended behavior and supporting documentation for validation records. The position requires a hands-on, outdoor-focused approach with regular machine interaction and collaboration with cross-functional teams to coordinate testing and data transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; 0–2 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute data collection runs in coordination with the direct and indirect team.
• Perform software flashing, data transfer, and confirm machine readiness.
• Onsite five days a week, with daily exposure to machines and field testing in all types of weather.
• Hands-on role working directly with machines on a regular basis.
