Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a Field Electrical Technician – Controls & Automation to install and maintain automation systems at customer sites.

This hands-on role involves wiring, diagnostics, and configuring devices with travel to remote locations and 12-hour shifts possible. You will split time between field work and shop repairs, reporting to the Manager of Automated Operations.

Qualifications

• Oil & gas or relevant industrial experience.
• Electrical wiring, electronics, or instrumentation expertise.
• Familiar with multimeters, computers, and basic networking.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license and safety-first mindset.
• Field-based role with 12-hour shifts possible.

Responsibilities

• Set up and rig down automation equipment on site.
• Diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on sensors, valves, and controls.
• Use tools and software to configure and test systems.
• Respond to field service calls and troubleshoot in real time.
• Interact with clients and represent the company onsite.
• Complete daily reporting and safety documentation.
• Travel regionally, with overnight stays as required.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety standards, and training requirements.
