Job summary
Keystone Clearwater Solutions invites an experienced Field Controls & Automation Supervisor to lead a team of Field Automation Technicians at our Triadelphia, WV Automation shop. You will oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated water transfer systems across remote sites.
The role requires strong electrical/instrumentation background, 3+ years in oil & gas or industrial automation, travel regionally, and proven leadership.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in oil & gas or industrial automation with fieldwork.
- Strong electrical, instrumentation, or controls background.
- Willingness to travel regionally and lead a team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of automation technicians and provide field support.
- Coordinate rig-ups/rig-downs and troubleshoot sensors, electrical gear, and telemetry.
- Lead automation controls, data communications, and diagnostics.
- Train and mentor technicians on procedures and safety.
- Coordinate with operations and customers to meet expectations.
- Perform quality checks on field installations per SOPs.
- Track equipment performance, maintenance needs, and inventory.
- Assist with scheduling and project planning across sites.
- Document and report field activities accurately.
