Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. seeks an Field Controls & Automation Supervisor to lead a team of Field Automation Technicians in Triadelphia, WV. You will oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated water transfer systems at remote sites and regional locations.

The role requires a strong background in electrical, instrumentation, and controls, with hands-on leadership, planning, and communication to meet safety and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in oil & gas or industrial automation with fieldwork.
• Strong electrical, instrumentation, or controls background.
• Experience with sensors, telemetry, IP networking, and SCADA/PLC systems.
• Proven leadership with team supervision or lead technician experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of automation technicians and assign work.
• Coordinate rig-ups/rig-downs and troubleshoot sensors and telemetry.
• Provide technical leadership on automation controls, data communications, and diagnostic processes.
• Train and mentor technicians on procedures, safety, and equipment use.
• Liaise with operations and customers to ensure expectations are met and documented.
• Perform quality control checks on field installations and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Track equipment performance, maintenance needs, and field inventory.
• Assist with scheduling and project planning across multiple job sites.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of field activity.
