We're recruiting an experienced Field Construction Technician to join our team providing high-quality Tuff Shed products at our Manassas location.

Are you the right fit to be a successful Field Construction Technician at Tuff Shed?

Responsibilities
  1. Warranty, Service, & Delivery
  2. Assist in the safe delivery of Tuff Shed storage buildings to Home Depot stores, customer properties, and retail lots.
  3. Perform warranty repair tasks on customer sites efficiently and courteously within scheduled timeframes.
  4. Provide feedback to management regarding warranty concerns and completion issues.
  1. Sales & Customer Service
  2. Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective Tuff Shed customers.
  3. Assist with off-site events such as Home Shows.
  4. Maintain HD displays and marketing materials.
  1. Vehicle and Driving Responsibilities
  2. Report vehicle maintenance needs to the AM/OM.
  3. Ensure GPS device remains connected and operational.
  1. Other Duties
  2. Report defective tools promptly.
  3. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards.
Skills & Experience
  • Knowledge of construction, carpentry, roofing, and painting basics.
  • Ability to read tape measures, drawings, and use power tools.
  • Proven customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Experience with vehicle inspections, driving trucks, and towing is a plus.
