Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation in Pasadena, CA seeks a Construction Service Assistant to support installation and repair of modular buildings, assist technicians, and train customers on maintenance. The role involves on-site work, travel to customer sites, and collaboration with the service team.

Applicants should have prior construction experience, strong safety focus, and ability to work outdoors, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely perform all tasks and follow Company's safety policies and procedures.
• Deliver a high quality output consistent with the Company's construction standards.
• Able to follow spoken and written instructions.
• Able to work outside in variable weather conditions.
• Ability to use both manual and power tools and follow operating guidelines.
• Prior experience in construction or related work required.
• Prior experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC or other specialties preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced service technicians on customer sites installing and repairing modular buildings.
• Train customers on proper maintenance of the buildings.
• Perform checks on HVAC systems to ensure performance meets specifications.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Support safety, quality and productivity at customer locations.
