Job summary

You will ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be vital in executing project plans and maintaining safety on site.

The ideal candidate has 1 to 5 years of construction supervision experience and is skilled in coordinating labor, equipment, and contractors.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of construction experience as a supervisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of underground fiber installation methods (Plow, HDD) is a plus.
• Ability to manage project schedules and develop solutions.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
