Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent in Florida to lead field operations on assigned projects. You will be responsible for safety, schedule, quality, and client coordination, driving cost-effective results and productive teamwork.

You will develop logistics, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with project leaders to ensure timely delivery, compliance with plans, and effective site communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with five years of construction experience.
• Two years supervisory experience or a 4-year degree substituted year-for-year.

Responsibilities

• Establishes safety as the top priority on the project site.
• Develops site utilization and logistics plans and schedules.
• Produces weekly 4-week schedule and ensures alignment with master schedule.
• Documents daily/weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors.
• Plans construction methods, crew sizing, and equipment needs.
• Oversees quality control and subcontractor performance.
• Maintains daily logs, safety inspections, and reports.
