Waggoner Engineering, Inc. in Monroe, LA is seeking a Construction Representative II to ensure that quality construction projects are built per plans and specifications. The role includes a company vehicle and housing for the duration of the project.

The position reports to Ryan Sweeney and collaborates with the Lead Construction Representative to deliver our scope of services from kickoff through closeout, coordinating with clients, contractors, and utility providers on site.

Responsabilités

• Monitors construction projects with a well-defined scope.
• Works closely with the Lead Construction Representative to deliver our scope of services from kickoff to closeout.
• Coordinates with clients, contractors, and client personnel to deliver our services.
• Monitors work by outside parties for conformance with LaDOTD Standards.
• Assists the Lead Construction Representative when modifications to plans are required.
• Coordinates with utility companies with facilities on the project site.
• Attends and participates in project status meetings with the Contractor.
• Prepares daily construction reports describing activities, quantities, and progress.
• Prepares project documentation including record drawings.
