Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor degree in construction or related preferred or equivalent work experience in the construction industry.
• 2-3 years of experience working in the commercial construction industry strongly preferred.
• General knowledge of construction safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections of work in progress.
• Prepare daily reports on progress and potential concerns.
• Coordinate subcontractors, monitoring progress and adherence to plan specifications and procedures.
• Review subcontractor material submittal and shop drawings and check for compliance.
• Verify field dimensions and plan reviews.
• Check rough opening for doors and windows, in-wall rough in, and elevations.
• Review plans and field coordination with contractors.
