Job summary

Barry Isett & Associates, an employee-owned engineering and consulting firm headquartered in Allentown, PA, invites construction QA professionals to join its Mechanicsburg office. The role bridges design and field construction, focusing on inspection and testing of materials to verify conformance to specifications.

Ideal candidates possess field experience, ACI Grade I certification, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

Comfortable working outside in diverse weather conditions and on varied terrain.
Able to stand, walk, reach, balance, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites.
Experience with data collection and reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Inspection and testing of construction materials in laboratory and field environments to verify conformance to construction plans and specifications.
Collection of data and preparation of reports.
Schedule management and time tracking.
Adhere to construction site safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment.
Develop and foster relationships with clients, contractors, project managers, etc.
