Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• 2–5 years of construction or construction materials testing experience.
• Industry certifications such as ACI, NICET, ICC, and DOT certifications.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans, geotechnical reports, project specs, and codes.
• Perform field observations, testing, and inspections on various projects.
• Monitor contractor activities and document conformance with plans and standards.
• Prepare field reports, test summaries, and inspection documentation.
• Communicate results and recommendations to project teams.
• Maintain testing equipment and company vehicles in good condition.
• Follow safety procedures and work on active construction sites.
