Job summary

Kleinfelder's Tulsa, OK office is seeking a Construction Materials Testing Technician to join our team. This mid-experience role focuses on testing construction materials in the field to verify conformance with specifications and to provide data for Geotechnical teams.

Responsibilities include following procedures, performing calculations, and supporting project deadlines. Travel may be required, and the candidate should be able to work nights/weekends when necessary.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction materials testing experience.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills with MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook.
• Basic to intermediate math skills.
• Ability to read and understand a test procedure.

Responsibilities

• Following proper procedures.
• Performing accurate computations using basic to intermediate math.
• Maintaining cordial relationships with co-workers, clients, contractors, etc.
• Working with a team in a challenging, fast-paced environment towards a common goal.
• Having a dynamic work style with multi-tasking and ability to switch tasks as needed.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
