Job summary

The Lemoine Company, L.L.C. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee field construction activities in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico. This role requires leading site teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, while coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in construction, a civil engineering or construction management degree, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all construction activities at the site level.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress and implement necessary adjustments.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project reports and documentation.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks effectively.
