Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Attention to detail, problem solving, reliability and initiative.
• Familiarity with construction software such as Procore, Timberline, Bluebeam, CMiC, PlanGrid, Textura, Field ID and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Assist coordinating efforts of multiple trades on-site.
• Participate in project inspections and daily reports.
• Monitor progress and notify Superintendent of delays.
• Assist with communication with municipal officials.
• Assist with punch-list and oversee completion of disciplines.
