Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Field Construction Manager to join our ACS team to support deactivation, decommissioning, decontamination, and demolition projects across the U.S. This role requires frequent travel to project sites, so location is flexible.

The role sits within the Global Resilience Business Area and focuses on onsite field management of remediation, abatement, and demolition teams, ensuring work aligns with contract requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable environmental and/or demolition construction management experience.
• Seasoned customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel up to 90%, with rotations approximately every 3 weeks for an extended weekend home.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction activities and deliveries with client/site personnel.
• Inspect on-site work and supervise subcontractors to meet specs.
• Monitor safety and conduct progress meetings; keep field notes and cost forecasts.
• Maintain project documentation and support design teams with constructability reviews.
