Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and working on uneven terrain.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a crew.
• Construction or underground utility experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assisting crews with underground utility installation including water, sewer, and storm systems
• Operating small tools and equipment such as compactors, saws, shovels, and hand tools
• Assisting with trench preparation, pipe laying, bedding, and backfill operations
• Loading and unloading materials, equipment, and job site supplies
• Maintaining clean and safe work areas and following all company safety procedures
• Assisting operators and foremen with general construction activities as needed
