Job summary

Paramount Streetlight is seeking Laborers for its Mesa, AZ field operations. This full-time role requires physical work, outdoors in Arizona heat, and the ability to load/unload materials, dig trenches, pour concrete, and install conduit per plans.

Starting pay is $21 per hour with higher pay possible based on experience. Bi-lingual applicants with a valid driver's license and basic hand tools preferred; CDL and equipment operation experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years construction experience.
• Bi-lingual and valid driver's license.
• Concrete finishing experience.
• Equipment operator and CDL a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and pass a physical.

Responsibilities

• Dig holes and trenches per plans using manual means.
• Load and unload materials, form foundations and junction boxes.
• Expose underground conflicts by hand digging.
• Operate jackhammers, earth tampers and concrete mixers.
• Install conduit and wire conductors per plans/instructions.
• Perform site cleanup and maintenance and take photos of work.
