Job summary

Wade Trim is seeking a Construction Inspector to join the Construction Team in Islamorada, FL. This role requires a High School Diploma, 5 to 10 years of experience in inspections, particularly with water booster pump station jobs, and a valid driver’s license. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to maintain a safe working environment while ensuring client relations are upheld.

Qualifications

• Experience with water booster pump station jobs.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections.
• Record inspection daily reports.
• Monitor construction operations.
• Act as the onsite liaison with client and community.
• Organize and maintain construction documentation.
• Develop an understanding of plans and specifications.
• Assist Project Manager with contract requirements.
• Prepare forms and other paperwork in a timely manner.
• Attend seminars and/or training courses.
• Maintain excellent client relations.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
