Job summary

Wade Trim is seeking an I&C Construction Inspector to join the Atlanta office construction team. Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and at least 15 years of experience.

The role requires conducting field inspections, monitoring operations, and acting as the on-site liaison with clients and the community. Strong documentation and familiarity with plans and specs are essential.

Qualifications

• Concrete and density testing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections.
• Record inspection daily reports.
• Monitor construction operations.
• Act as the on-site liaison with client and community.
• Organize and maintain construction documentation.
• Develop an understanding of plans and specifications.
• Operate testing equipment.
• Assist Project Manager with contract requirements.
• Prepare forms and other paperwork in a timely manner.
• Attend seminars and/or training courses.
• Maintain excellent client relations.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
