Responsibilities

• Provide Construction Quality Assurance for a Design-Build Project.
• QA to ensure contractor's work conforms to the contract documents.
• QA/CI responsibilities include detailed inspection and on-site testing of materials and construction activities.
• Data collection for audits, monthly progress reports and final estimates.
• Verification of As-built Plans.
• Maintain records in accordance with MURK, SiteManager and EBO.
• QA services include spot checking the Design-Builder's CI firm for conformance with the contract documents.
