Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related facilities and construction inspection experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurability as per firm requirements.
• LADOT Structural Concrete Certified Inspector or equivalent, or ability to obtain within 1 month of starting date, preferred for bridge inspections.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction activities per project plans, specs, and quality procedures.
• Prepare and submit daily testing/inspection reports.
• Review plans and shop drawings before duties.
• Perform field tests with appropriate equipment.
• Ensure safety and proper usage/maintenance of documents and tools.
• Travel to project sites as needed and report progress to supervisor.
• Maintain certifications and keep records up to date.
