Job summary

• Independent field work in various sites with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site inspections of construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance projects to verify compliance with design specs, standards, safety codes, and regulations.
• Documents inspection results including deficiencies, deterioration, and required corrective actions.
• Reviews submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and material certifications with engineers and project teams.
• Monitors construction progress and maintains daily reports, deficiency notices, and status reports.
• Inspects materials and testing processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Oversees field services, ensuring safety, quality control, and permits.
• Conducts site investigations and reviews maps, reports, test results, and drawings as required.
• Participates in pre-construction meetings, design reviews, and project closeout activities.
• Ensures compliance with guidelines and delivers technical documentation as required.
