Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in construction inspection, estimating, or field supervision.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily construction activities for compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Prepare inspection reports documenting progress, quality observations, and deficiencies.
• Review contractor invoices, pay applications, and submittals for accuracy.
• Maintain organized documentation and support project walkthroughs and communication.
