Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant field inspection experience in civil construction projects.
• Working knowledge of construction materials, methods, and common inspection practices.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain prior to starting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete accurate field reports.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing daily on-site inspections of construction activities.
• Observe and report on contractor methods, materials, and workmanship.
• Document construction progress through photos and inspection reports.
• Support field and laboratory testing of construction materials.
• Identify and report any non-compliant or defective work to senior staff.
• Help ensure OSHA safety standards are followed.
• Communicate effectively with field staff and contractors.
• Attend site meetings as needed.
