SHINE Technologies is seeking a Field Construction Coordinator to support design, construction, and commissioning activities to identify and resolve issues in completing the SHINE Medical Isotope Production Facility. Working under the direction of the Construction Manager, the Field Construction Coordinator serves as a day-to-day field point of contact between SHINE and its installation contractors, verifying that work is installed in accordance with approved design and work package requirements and keeping construction documentation, installed quantities, and field status information current.
This is a hands‑on, field‑based role well suited to a construction‑oriented, resourceful person who is comfortable working across mechanical, electrical, structural steel, and welding scope elements. The Field Construction Coordinator coordinates and monitors contractor activities in the field, applying established procedures, drawings, and acceptance criteria, and escalates issues, proposed changes, and deviations to the Construction Manager for direction and resolution.
This is an onsite position located in Janesville, WI.
The base salary range for this position is $36.00 - $55.00 per hour plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
