Job summary

Jones & Henry Engineers in Indiana is seeking a full-time Construction Services Specialist to join our Fort Wayne team as a Resident Project Representative. You will observe and review construction projects for compliance with engineering plans and specifications, ensuring accurate field execution.

The position requires travel to sites, documentation management, and strong communication with contractors and our project team to maintain excellent client relations and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; ABET accreditation preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical specifications to project team and contractors.
• Knowledge of engineering concepts, practices, procedures and principles.

Responsibilities

• Collect, maintain and organize construction documentation.
• Travel to project sites to review site compliance with plans and specs.
• Maintain client relationships as site representative on the project.
• Communicate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Verify design plan accuracy in the field.
• Discuss construction changes with Project Manager and project engineers.
