Stantec is seeking a Construction Administrator for our Charleston, South Carolina office. This role involves assisting the Construction Engineer in observing construction projects, permitting, and ensuring compliance with municipal requirements. The ideal candidate will have construction experience, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to effectively manage project responsibilities. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine construction observations for projects.
• Review project submittals and Requests for Information for accuracy.
• Serve as a liaison between Supervisor and Contractor.
• Prepare permit closeout packages for jurisdictions.
• Seek guidance to resolve project-related issues.
• Review Record Drawings/As-Built Drawings for completeness.
• Conduct field measurements for pay item documentation.
• Create daily reports for quantities and discrepancies.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings.
