Job summary

Urban Oil & Gas Group, LLC is seeking a Compressor Mechanic in Price, Utah. The role focuses on safe operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of gas compressors and related production equipment across Urban’s oil and gas assets.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and capable of independent work in field environments with limited supervision. Regular field travel and adherence to HSE policies are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Trade/vocational certification in mechanics or industrial maintenance is a plus.
• Experience with oil and gas field equipment is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on gas compressors and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot failures, inspect for abnormal conditions, and restore equipment safely.
• Document maintenance, parts usage, and downtime in company logs.
• Coordinate with operators and vendors for repairs and parts.
• Support field operations with on-call coverage as needed.
