Job summary

Primoris Power Delivery is seeking an experienced Communications Foreman to oversee daily field operations on communications infrastructure projects in Indianapolis, IN. You will supervise field crews, coordinate labor and equipment, and ensure safety and quality per project specs.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of construction experience with leadership skills. Valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions are necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in communications or civil construction a plus.
• Knowledge of excavation, trenching, grading, and heavy equipment operations.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and MUTCD traffic control standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license; forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field crews on communications infrastructure and civil construction work.
• Plan, organize, and assign work based on project requirements and schedules.
• Inspect job sites and ensure material, equipment, and safety compliance.
• Oversee excavation, trenching, grading, and site preparation activities.
• Operate or coordinate use of construction equipment as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation: daily production reports and time records.
• Mentor crew members on safe work practices and equipment operation.
• Communicate updates and safety concerns to supervisors.
