Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience in commissioning, construction, or building systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Ability to read construction documents and sequences of operation.
• Comfortable working on active job sites and in occupied spaces.
• Clear communication and practical technical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on field evaluation and testing of mechanical, electrical, and building systems
• Support start-up verification, functional performance testing, and system integration
• Participate in site walk-downs, inspections, and commissioning meetings
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams to resolve field issues
• Document testing results and support project closeout
