Field Collections Agent

SALARY:

Basic starting salary from £27,965 with potential to rise in role, plus £4,200 p.a. car allowance & fuel card (business use only).

Here at Orbit we like to go above and beyond. Our monthly bonus structure is uncapped. As a guide, Field Collections Agents earn bonuses of £200 - £400 per month, which could take your annual earnings total up to £35,765 (inclusive of the car allowance).

SHIFTS:

• Working patterns to support your work-life balance.
• Operating hours are from
  • 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday
  • 9am - 1pm on Saturday
• We work a 40-hour week, with 10 hours during our prime operating window:
  • Monday to Friday 4pm – 8pm
  • Saturday 9am – 1pm

ROLE:

As a Field Collections Agent at Orbit Credit Services, you will need to be comfortable speaking with customers to discuss options that help them address their financial situations. You’ll be field-based, covering a region across Liverpool.

This rewarding role involves supporting customers to achieve financial health by:

• Visiting customers at their homes to support them in managing outstanding arrears
• Handling water accounts and regulated work
• Resolving customer accounts on a personal basis
• Taking payments, setting up repayment plans, or reconnecting accounts to help customers
• Educating customers on the consequences of non-payment
• Using provided iPads to update customer accounts, requiring IT literacy

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• A clear criminal record
• No CCJs or IVAs within the last 6 years
• Own a car with six points or less on your licence
• Must have business insurance add-on for the vehicle
• Technology competent and comfortable working independently
