Field Collections Agent

Annual earnings: up to £35,765 (including car allowance)

SALARY:

Starting from £27,965, with potential to increase, plus £4,200 p.a. car allowance & fuel card (business use only).

At Orbit, we offer an uncapped monthly bonus structure. Typical bonuses range from £200 - £400 per month, potentially increasing annual earnings to £35,765 (including car allowance).

SHIFTS:

• Supportive working patterns for work-life balance.
• Operating hours:
  • 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday
  • 9am - 1pm on Saturday
• A 40-hour workweek, with 10 hours during peak hours:
  • Monday to Friday 4pm – 8pm
  • Saturday 9am – 1pm

ROLE:

As a Field Collections Agent at Orbit Credit Services, you will need to be comfortable speaking with customers about their financial situations. You’ll work in the field within a 90-minute radius of your home.

This rewarding role involves:

• Visiting customers at their homes to support them in managing outstanding arrears
• Handling water accounts and regulated work, including reconnect visits
• Resolving customer accounts personally
• Taking payments, setting up repayment plans, or reconnecting accounts to help achieve financial wellbeing
• Educating customers on the consequences of non-payment
• Using an iPad to update visit outcomes; IT literacy is required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• A clear criminal record
• No CCJs or IVAs within the last 6 years
• Own a car with six points or less on the license
• Business insurance add-on for the vehicle
• Technologically competent and comfortable working independently
