Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative with flexible schedules for college students. No experience needed; you can work within the store's open hours and adjust your shift around classes. Dress is casual and travel is required for assigned projects.

You will complete store-based assignments, learn our processes in a comprehensive training program, and receive guaranteed minimum pay with upside as you perform. Benefits include 401k with match and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with pricing app and ability to receive assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store aisles.
