Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative to support assigned grocery stores with flexible, store-hours-based work. No experience is required, and a comprehensive training program is provided to learn expectations and processes.

As a part-time team member, you’ll enjoy a guaranteed minimum with upside based on productivity, paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and the opportunity for employee learning and development.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone required to download the company pricing app and receive assignments.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand during shifts and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold grocery-store refrigerator/freezer areas.

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
