Job summary

ForTec Medical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Technology Specialist to support the use of advanced surgical technologies. You will receive comprehensive training and join a team focused on patient health and equipment excellence.

You will set up, calibrate, and transport devices, performing checks and documentation while maintaining safety standards and strong customer relationships with healthcare partners.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with no major violations.
• Ability to push/pull and handle medical equipment over 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, stooping, sitting and standing for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends or overnight travel.
• Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer/smartphone proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate surgical technologies and provide guidance to surgeons and staff before and during surgery.
• Perform preoperative checklists, sterilization, equipment calibrations, and complete documentation.
• Load and transport surgical technologies to healthcare facilities with occasional overnight travel.
• Practice safe vehicle operations, safety, and laser safety techniques.
• Meet customer needs, deliver exceptional service, and build strong professional relationships with ForTec team members and healthcare partners.
