Job summary

Four-Corners-Executive-Search is seeking a Clinical Development Manager, Vascular to support vascular and interventional products in a field-based role across the Kansas City or St. Louis territory.

Qualifications

• RN, RT, RCIS, PA, Cath Lab Technologist, or comparable procedural experience.
• Minimum of 3 years directly supporting interventional, cardiovascular, vascular, or related procedures.
• Cath Lab experience strongly preferred; five+ years in a procedural medical environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical SME for vascular/interventional products and procedures.
• Provide hands-on clinical support, education, and product training to physicians, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Lead clinical aspects of product evaluations, account trials, conversions, and new product introductions.
• Conduct in-services and training at customer locations with ~50% field-based support and travel.
• Partner with regional sales and clinical teams to support customer needs and product adoption.
• Respond to clinical/procedural questions from physicians, technicians, and sales reps.
• Document customer feedback, opportunities, and account activity in CRM.
• Support field-based market research and product evaluation initiatives.
