Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to train clinicians on THV technology, collaborate with cardiology teams, and drive adoption in assigned accounts. After extensive training, you will travel within an assigned territory to provide hands-on device preparation, case support, and education to physicians and staff.

The role requires nursing-compatible qualifications, 5+ years in medical devices or acute care, and strong communication skills to build clinical partnerships

Qualifications

• An associate’s or equivalent in nursing or related field or equivalent work experience as Edwards criteria require.
• A minimum of five (5) years of related medical device, THV/TVAR, Cath Lab, or acute care clinical experience.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Train clinicians on THV use and enable physicians and staff to reach expert proficiency.
• Develop growth strategies within focused accounts in partnership with Sales Management.
• Cultivate clinical champions and advocate THV products among customers.
• Deliver training sessions and provide educational materials in collaboration with multiple departments.
• Support implants and device preparation for THV procedures and assist in case management.
• Travel frequently within an assigned territory (about 60–70%).
