Job summary

Medtronic USA Inc seeks a Clinical Specialist to support Neuromodulation therapies across Las Vegas and surrounding districts. The role involves surgical coverage, patient education, and in-clinic support, with travel required to enable broad engagement with physicians and healthcare teams.

The candidate will train staff, manage device testing and programming, and collaborate with leadership to meet quarterly objectives. Valid driver’s license and travel flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years clinical/medical sales experience; or Associate's degree with 4+ years; or Bachelor’s with 2+ years.
• Experience in sterile environments or medical device field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within territory and possibly overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Represent Medtronic as device specialist during surgical procedures with required equipment and testing.
• Educate patients and office staff on products and therapies.
• Provide clinical support in surgeries, re-programmings, and follow-ups in hospitals and clinics.
• Coordinate training sessions and in-services for physicians and staff.
• Manage inventory for case coverage with timely product transactions.
• Communicate with Leadership to achieve district and regional goals.
