Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Clinical Specialist in Enabling Technologies to provide clinical, technical, and product knowledge support to customers. This field-based role emphasizes building solid customer relationships, on-site installations, and training across hospital staff.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to travel within the territory, and adherence to Quality System and BCS requirements. Expect collaboration with NRCs and Surgical Synergy teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 6 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience.
• Associate’s Degree with minimum 4 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience; or
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, support, and collaborate with NRCs and Surgical Synergy team members for on-site installations with customers.
• Represent Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures to provide technical assistance.
• Maintain system hardware and software to maximize system performance.
• Installs software and hardware upgrades.
• Performs system preventative maintenance.
• Provides telephone clinical support to customers.
• Uses UNIX/LINUX commands to modify operating files.
