Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years' experience directly supporting interventional or surgical procedures within a hospital setting OR 1 year of industry, hospital-based life sciences, sales support experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory guidelines for clinical trials.
• Experience collaborating with regulatory agencies through clinical studies and market releases.

Aufgaben

• Provide physician and hospital staff training and procedural case coverage to ensure safe and effective use of medical devices.
• Meet internal and external customer needs with urgency and drive.
• Present clinical study training materials to support safe use of medical devices and study protocols.
• Manage study investigators and maintain relationships with medical advisors and clinical leaders.
• Collaborate with clinical research colleagues to meet field needs, including site re-training and data collection.
• Handle administrative activities including training procedures, territory travel and budgets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
